This Privacy Policy explains how TradEd ("TradEd", "we", "our", "us") handles information when you use our educational trading simulator.

1. What TradEd is

TradEd is an educational platform for paper trading. TradEd does not hold customer funds and does not execute real-money trades.

2. Information we collect

We may collect and store the following categories of information:

• usage and interaction data (pages visited, actions taken, feature usage);
• simulator data (paper orders, positions, lesson and quiz progress, AI Coach interactions);
• feedback submissions (message content and optional email address);
• technical metadata (device/browser type, timestamps, error logs).

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• operate and improve the simulator experience;
• analyze educational outcomes and feature performance;
• respond to support and feedback messages;
• maintain security, reliability, and abuse prevention.

4. No sale of personal information

TradEd does not sell your personal information. We may use service providers to host infrastructure and process submissions on our behalf.

5. Data retention

We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for product operation, legal compliance, and troubleshooting, then delete or anonymize where feasible.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Children's privacy

TradEd is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law). If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy over time. Continued use of TradEd after updates means you accept the revised policy.
