These Terms of Use govern your use of TradEd ("TradEd", "we", "our", "us"), an educational trading simulator. By using TradEd, you agree to these terms.
1. Educational simulator only
TradEd is provided for educational and informational purposes only. TradEd is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or financial institution. All trading activity in TradEd uses virtual funds (paper money) and does not execute real-market transactions.
2. No financial advice
Content, analytics, trade simulations, and AI Coach feedback are general educational tools and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for any real-world investment decisions.
3. No warranties on market data or outcomes
TradEd may display live, delayed, approximated, or fallback market data. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Simulated performance does not predict real-world results.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse TradEd, including by:
- attempting to disrupt or overload services;
- reverse engineering or probing security controls;
- using automated systems to scrape or abuse the platform;
- using TradEd in violation of applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, TradEd content, branding, interface elements, and software are owned by TradEd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradEd is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. TradEd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses related to reliance on educational content, data outages, or service interruptions.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TradEd after updates means you accept the revised terms.
